This AI Usage Policy ("Policy") governs your use of artificial intelligence features provided by Boostrad AI ("Company", "we", "us", or "our") through its platform (the "Service").

Where you enable external LLM features, your prompts and related inputs may be processed by providers such as Google (Gemini, including models such as Gemini 3.1 Pro) and OpenAI (ChatGPT, including models such as ChatGPT 5.4). Those services apply their own usage policies, safety systems, and data practices.

The Company does not control the underlying models and does not guarantee output behavior.

You are solely responsible for:

• All inputs you provide to the AI systems
• All outputs generated
• Any use, distribution, or publication of generated content

You acknowledge that AI-generated content may:

• Be inaccurate
• Be misleading
• Contain unintended elements
• Resemble real individuals or copyrighted material

You must review and validate all outputs before use.

You may not use the Service to generate, upload, or distribute content that:

You represent and warrant that:

• Is not responsible for misuse of likeness

If you use AI-generated content for advertising or commercial purposes, you are solely responsible for:

• Compliance with applicable laws
• Compliance with platform policies, including: Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube

You must ensure that:

• Content is not misleading or deceptive
• Required disclosures are made

The Company does not guarantee:

• Ad approval
• Ad performance
• Regulatory compliance

The Company may implement moderation systems to detect prohibited content.

However, you acknowledge that:

• Moderation is not perfect
• Harmful or non-compliant content may still be generated

You remain fully responsible for all outputs.

You acknowledge that AI systems:

• Do not guarantee accuracy or reliability
• May produce unexpected or incorrect results
• May generate content similar to existing works

The Company makes no warranties regarding:

• Output quality
• Fitness for purpose
• Non-infringement

You are responsible for ensuring that:

• Your use of generated content does not infringe third-party rights
• You comply with copyright, trademark, and related laws

The Company does not guarantee that generated content is free from third-party claims.

Your use of the Service may contribute to improving AI systems.

This may include:

• Processing inputs and outputs
• Analyzing usage patterns

Such processing is governed by the Privacy Policy.

The Company reserves the right to:

• Remove content
• Suspend or terminate accounts
• Restrict access to AI features

This may occur:

• With or without notice
• At our sole discretion
