- Uploading content depicting individuals without consent
- Violating rights of publicity or privacy
3.5 Intellectual Property Violations
- Infringing copyrights, trademarks, or other rights
- Uploading or generating content without proper authorization

- Attempting to bypass safeguards or moderation systems
- Reverse engineering or probing the Service
- Overloading or disrupting the platform
- Misusing APIs or automation features
4. Responsibility for Content and Usage
You are solely responsible for:
- Reviewing all generated content
- Ensuring compliance with applicable laws and policies
- How content is used, distributed, or published
The Company does not guarantee that content generated through the Service is lawful, accurate, or appropriate.
